Peter Wysocki

Peter Wysocki joined Conifer in 2022 and currently serves as Vice President, Asset Management. In this role, Peter drives portfolio and asset profitability, NOI, and valuation growth. He develops multi-year strategic business plans for Conifer’s portfolio and ensures annual budgets are aligned with strategic portfolio objectives. Additionally, he contributes to the analysis of new investment opportunities, including market research, revenue forecasting, and financial analysis.

Peter holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from the College of Charleston and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Philadelphia. In his spare time, Peter enjoys volunteering with the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Fish + Wildlife Associations through mentoring youth outdoor activities.
