Tom Johnson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial management and strategic asset oversight. As the Executive Vice President and principal of Conifer Realty, LLC since November 2008, Tom Johnson has managed a portfolio of nearly 14,000 multi-family units across multiple states, focusing on maximizing financial performance and portfolio value. Previously, Tom Johnson served as Chief Financial Officer at both United Franchise Group and TextWise LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations in a multi-brand franchise environment and a software company specializing in internet search technologies, respectively. Tom Johnson also founded and led Casual Friday Apparel, transforming it into a multi-million dollar identity apparel business, and gained early finance experience as Controller at Eastman Kodak Credit Corporation and Senior Auditor at KPMG Audit. Tom Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego.
