Elena Bussolati

Elena Bussolati has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Elena began their career as a Sales Representative at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in 2010. In 2018, they moved to HSBC as an Investment Banking Off-Cycle - Country Coverage. In 2019, they joined Capitalsuite Family Office - Lugano/Milano as a Research & Portfolio Management. In 2021, they became a Junior Asset Manager at BCMGlobal, where they supervised the management of three NPLs Portfolios and developed strong communication and negotiation skills. Currently, they are working as a Director Of Business Development at Conio Inc., where they are supporting the B2B sales & partnership team in developing the international expansion pipeline.

Elena Bussolati obtained their Master of Science (MSc) in Banking and Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2017. Elena then attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2016 to 2019, where they completed a Corso di laurea magistrale in Banking & Finance, Trading & Risk Management. From 2013 to 2016, they attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and completed a triennale in Economia aziendale/manageriale. Elena also attended Liceo Scientifico Einstein Milano from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Elena has obtained certifications from Bloomberg Institute, BAT Campus Ambassadors, University of Cambridge, and GMAT. These certifications include BMC (Bloomberg Market Concepts), GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test), IELTS ACADEMIC: Overall Band Score 7.0, and FIRST CERTIFICATE, level B2.
