Marco Pesani

Marco Pesani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and user experience. Currently a Board Member at Conio since October 2024, Marco also serves as Chief Product Officer at Bitrefill, where responsibilities include driving product vision, strategy, and managing a team to develop user-friendly products. Previously, Marco held the position of Head of Product Management at SITAEL, overseeing product roadmaps and developing a Product Management team, as well as serving as User Experience Lead, fostering a user-centric culture. Additionally, Marco has lectured on topics such as User Testing, Applied Cognitive Psychology, and Lean Product Management at various institutions. Marco holds a Degree in Digital and Virtual Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design and a Diploma in Scientifico - Tecnologico from I.I.S. Piero Martinetti.
