Tímea Szmodics

Tímea Szmodics has over 15 years of experience in finance and operations. Tímea began their career in 2005 as a Client Service Representative at Erste Bank Hungary. In 2006, they moved to EDS Group as an Invoicing Analyst. In 2007, they joined Morgan Stanley as a Junior Negotiator and Operations Analyst. In 2013, they joined MSCI Inc. as the Head of EMEA Sales Operations and EMEA Sales Operations Team Leader. In 2021, they joined Conio Inc. as a Finance Administration & Control Specialist and Compliance Specialist, where they are responsible for ensuring the application of AML/KYC processes, sanctions and PEP screening, and monitoring crypto-currency transactions.

Tímea Szmodics has an extensive educational background. In 2006, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Management and Business from Budapest Business School. Tímea then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Faculty of Business and Economics from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they obtained a Certificate in Investment Administration from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI). In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA UK. Lastly, in 2020, they completed a course in ESG Investing from CFA Institute.
