Jefferson Ferrari

Jefferson Ferrari has been in the technology industry since 2003, starting as a Computer Technician at Bancar Couros. Jefferson then worked as a Field Technician at IDEM from 2006 to 2008, and at APSE Informática from 2007 to 2008. In 2010, they became a Technical Consultant I at HP Enterprise Services. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as an IT Systems Operations Specialist at General Motors, during which time they were responsible for administration of Wintel Servers, implementation of new servers on VMware, patch updates, server antivirus administration, lease and purchase management, and management and control of changes, incidents and problems process at the plant. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Site Reliability Engineer Specialist - DevOps/Cloud at PagSeguro PagBank, where they were responsible for performing of new Docker containers applications, designing new cloud infrastructure to attend a new Finance application project, and performing new architectures in AWS infrastructure. Currently, they are a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer/DevOps at Conjura.

Jefferson Ferrari has a comprehensive educational history. Jefferson completed their Ensino Médio from EME Professor Vicente Bastos from 2005 to 2007. Jefferson then obtained their MCP certification from Ka Solution in 2008. In 2011, they completed their Network (CCNA) from Veris IBTA. From 2013 to 2015, they studied Tecnologia em Analise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from Universidade do Grande ABC. During this time, they also completed a Curso preparatório para MCSA Windows Server 2012 from Cooperati Treinamentos Online and a Curso Linux LPIC1 (Exame 101) from Cloud Campus. In 2016, they completed AWS - Fundamentos and AWS - Arquiteto de Soluções from bigadata systems. In 2017, they completed Managing HP 3PAR StoreServ I and Managing HP 3PAR StoreServ II from Hewlett Packard Enterprise Education Services. Jefferson also has additional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in 2019, Linux LPI 101 from Linux Professional Institute obtained in 2015, ITIL® Foundation from EXIN, and Microsoft MCP from Microsoft.
