Elmer Dowling

Elmer Dowling is the owner of Elmer's Roofing Service, where Elmer has been working since March 1998. Prior to that, Elmer worked as a roofer at Ribble Group for two years. Elmer installed roofs, asphalt shingles, and cedar shakes, mostly working independently but occasionally with a crew.
