Brandt Howell is a Principal at Conley Rose, P.C., where election as a Shareholder occurred in October 2011. With over 15 years of experience as a Patent Attorney, Brandt Howell has successfully aided clients in securing intellectual property rights through the preparation and prosecution of hundreds of complex U.S. patent applications. Previously, as a Patent Attorney at Marger Johnson & McCollom from May 2016 to December 2017, Brandt Howell specialized in electrical and software-based patent applications. Earlier experience includes serving as a Patent Attorney and Patent Agent at Frascogna Courtney from January 2004 to September 2011, handling mechanical patents, intellectual property litigation support, trademarks, licenses, and managing intellectual property portfolios. Brandt Howell holds a JD in Law from Mississippi College School of Law and a BS in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University.
