Libby Redfearn

Libby Redfearn is an Employee Engagement Specialist at Conlon Construction Co. since October 2021. Prior to this, Libby worked at Kroger from June 2019 to October 2021, starting as a Human Resources Administrative Support Personnel and later as an HR/Safety Intern. Libby graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management in May 2021. Currently, Libby is pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Strategic Management with an HR emphasis at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
