Channon Dougherty

Channon Dougherty has been with CONMED Corporation since 2004, currently serving as Compliance Manager and Corporate Training Manager since January 2010. In these roles, Channon administers an international Learning Management System, designs engaging e-Learning modules, and develops instructor-led training focused on interpersonal skills. Channon also led a team supporting approximately 600 production employees, overseeing employee relations and performance management. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Member at Salvo Technologies and as a Coach/Team Facilitator at CONMED. Channon holds a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
