Jennifer Ratliff Pawlowski

Jennifer Ratliff Pawlowski has extensive experience in sales leadership within the medical device industry. Currently serving as National Sales Director for the Western US at CONMED Corporation since November 2017, Jennifer has previously held roles such as Sr. Regional Sales Director and Regional Sales Director. Prior to CONMED, Jennifer worked as Regional Business Manager at NOVADAQ and held various positions, including Regional Sales Director and Sr. Territory Manager, at OmniGuide from April 2009 to December 2016. Recognized for outstanding performance, Jennifer has achieved President's Club honors in multiple years across different companies, including Hologic and OmniGuide. Jennifer began their career as a District Manager at ADP and holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2001.
