Kim Pence, PHR has over 10 years of experience in various HR and talent acquisition roles. Kim Pence, PHR has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Science from The University of Alabama, obtained from 2004 to 2008. Kim also holds a Master's of Arts degree in Educational Administration: Higher Education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, earned from 2008 to 2010. In 2016 to 2017, they completed a Human Resource Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
