Michael Noviello, MPS has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michael recently held the position of Sr Director - HR Business Partner at CONMED Corporation, where they led the Global Operations HR function, managing a team of 17 HR professionals and overseeing a budget aligned with financial goals. Prior to that, they served as Director, HR - Southwest Operations at Medline Industries, Inc. and as Director of Human Resources at thyssenkrupp Elevator. Michael also worked as Regional Human Resources Manager at Medline Industries, Inc., Human Resources Manager at Toys"R"Us, and Human Resources Representative at National Oilwell Varco. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in managing HR functions and teams, budgeting, and driving organizational success.

Michael Noviello, MPS has a Master of Human Resources & Employment Relations degree from Penn State University. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Texas Tech University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Executive Influence from LinkedIn in 2021.
