Mike Hacker

Mike Hacker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Mike started their career at Publix as a Cashier from October 2000 to August 2010. Mike then worked at Key Safety Systems as an Industrial Engineer from October 2007 to August 2012. Mike subsequently held positions as a Sr. Quality Engineer from August 2012 to May 2013, as a Product Unit Manager from May 2013 to September 2015, and as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager from February 2015 to September 2015. From September 2015 to December 2018, Mike worked at Stryker as an Operations Manager, responsible for leading the production of product remanufacturing, implementing process improvements, managing new product introductions, and driving employee engagement. Currently, Mike is serving as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at CONMED Corporation, a position they have held since December 2018.

Mike Hacker obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Tampa in the years 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) from the University of Central Florida, with the years of study ranging from 2002 to 2007.
