Sarah Bell, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, particularly as a Senior HR Business Partner at CONMED Corporation from October 2022 to April 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating internship programs that achieved a 95% satisfaction rate and developing initiatives to attract diverse talent.
