Kara M. Maciel

Kara Maciel is a founding partner and Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice at Conn Maciel Carey LLP since September 2014. Prior to that, she served as a Labor / Employment Partner at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. from October 2007 to September 2014. Kara has also worked as an Attorney at Krupin O'Brien LLC and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, focusing on management-side labor and employment law. She holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in Government from Smith College. Currently, Kara is the Chief Member at Chief, a private network dedicated to empowering senior women leaders in various industries.
