John Horvath

John Horvath has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. John is currently employed as the Senior Director of Brass Operations at Conn-Selmer since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from June 2018 to April 2022, initially as a Plant Manager and later as an MRP Manager.

From 2013 to 2018, John was associated with STERIS Corporation, where they held positions such as Value Stream Manager, Manufacturing Manager at the Mentor Manufacturing Center, and Manufacturing Manager at Hopkins. Before that, they worked at American Greetings from July 2011 to July 2013, where they participated in the Supply Chain Leadership Development Program and held roles as a Project Manager and a Strategic Sourcing Analyst.

John pursued their MBA from The Ohio State University from August 2009 to June 2011, and during that time, they interned as a Logistics Intern at Ametek Solidstate Controls Inc. John started their career at International Paper, where they worked from April 2005 to August 2009, holding roles as a Process Improvement Manager, Converting Supervisor, and Manufacturing Management Trainee.

John Horvath completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at The Ohio State University from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Operations & Logistics Management and Strategy at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, graduating in 2011.
