Nika Williams

Nika Williams has worked as a Managing Partner/Co-Founder at Connec-to-Talk, LLC since 2003. Connec-to-Talk aims to support families dealing with autism by providing customized treatment plans for children. Nika's role involves guiding families through their autism journey and helping children develop independence. In addition to their work at Connec-to-Talk, Nika also worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at Fairfield Public Schools from August 2003 to June 2005.

Nika Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Maryland in the years 1995 to 1999. Nika went on to pursue a Master's degree in Communication Disorders Sciences and Services from Southern Connecticut State University from 1999 to 2002.
