Flavio Ribeiro

Flavio Ribeiro has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Flavio currently works as a Telecom Networks Consultant at Connect 5G, Inc. Their previous role was as the Manager of Customer Success at Agrotopus, where they focused on digital transformation in agribusiness and worked with IoT technologies for agriculture. Flavio built strong partnerships, drove adoption of products, and ensured customer satisfaction. Before that, Flavio worked at Ericsson, starting as a Sales Support Manager for the Latin America region, where they supported the KAM organization in customer support contracts. Flavio also served as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for competence development and certification of service delivery. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Manager for network deployment projects, OSS upgrade projects, and training delivery projects. Flavio also worked as a Service Delivery Line Manager and Solution Learning Architect at Ericsson, where they managed teams and developed technical training plans and proposals. Flavio began their career as a Senior Technical Instructor, delivering training courses in various countries.

Flavio Ribeiro holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Flavio also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel. In addition, Flavio has a background as an Electronic Technician from PUC Minas. Flavio has obtained several certifications, including "Putting ITIL® into Practice: DevOps for ITIL® Practitioners" and "Learning ITIL®" from LinkedIn in 2019, as well as "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process," "IoT Foundations: Fundamentals," "Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts," and "Learning Cloud Computing: Public Cloud Platforms" from LinkedIn in 2018.
