Gustavo Grecco

Gustavo Grecco has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Gustavo started their career in 1998 as a Senior Telecommunication Technician at Nesic Brasil S/A and later worked as a Senior Telecommunication Consultant at Recursus. In 2004, they joined Claro as a Senior Telecommunication Specialist and then moved to EGS- Ericsson Gestão e Serviços as a Senior Telecommunication Technician.

In 2008, Gustavo joined Ericsson and served as a Subject Matter Expert in Network Mobile Services for Brazil and Mexico. Gustavo then joined Nokia Siemens Networks as a Customer Delivery Manager, where they managed multiple teams and was responsible for network performance and quality.

Returning to Ericsson, Gustavo held various roles including Managed Services Consultant for LATAM, where they managed IoT projects, transitioned operations for telecom operators, and designed solutions for Managed Services IPTV. Gustavo also served as a Customer Project Manager, managing the deployment and expansion of radio access and core networks.

Most recently, Gustavo worked at Connect 5G, Inc. as a Project Director and Managed Services Consultant.

Throughout their career, Gustavo has demonstrated strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage large teams and projects. Gustavo has achieved notable success, including achieving high site implementation numbers, selling new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Gustavo Grecco completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration with a specialization in Comércio Exterior (International Trade) from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo. Gustavo attended this university from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Gustavo Grecco has also obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they completed the Disciplined Agile Workshop through Digital Mode. In May 2019, they completed the Preparatório para Certificação PMP (Preparation for PMP Certification) at PMI São Paulo. In April 2019, they received the certification for Customer Orientation and Conflict Management from UP Training Company. In August 2018, they completed the Leaders Core Curriculum Assessment at Ericsson Internal Academy. In November 2014, they obtained the certification for Advanced Negotiation & Argumentation Skills from Krauthammer. In the same month, they also obtained the certification for Advanced Consulting Skills from the same institution. Finally, in October 2014, Gustavo Grecco obtained the ITIL Foundation - 2011 certification from EXIN.
