Ashley McKay is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Connect America since September 2023, Ashley previously held positions including Human Resources Administrator at Essity, Human Resources Coordinator at Suburban Community Hospital, and Human Resources Specialist at Vanguard, among others. With a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University, Ashley combines academic expertise with practical experience, having also worked in customer-facing roles at Wells Fargo, TD, and as a marketing intern for The Hamels Foundation.
