Shannon Yasko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shannon most recently worked at Connect America as a Senior Manager, Healthcare Billing and A/R starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the East Regional Billing Manager at Connect America from January 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining Connect America, Shannon worked at Be Safer at Home/Connect America, where they held the positions of Billing Manager and Service Manager. As Billing Manager, their responsibilities included overseeing the accurate and timely submission of billing, collections, and accounts receivable functions. Shannon also managed the billing and collections team and ensured the accuracy of all data submissions. As Service Manager, they provided excellent customer service to internal and external customers and managed a team of 11 Field Technicians, 1 Equipment Specialist, and 4 Customer Service Representatives.

Shannon's earlier experience includes working at Entercom Boston as a Part Time On Air Personality. Shannon demonstrated excellent communication and creative skills, along with strong production skills. Shannon also prepared and researched for broadcasts, resulting in entertaining and informative on-air shows.

Shannon's career began at Philips Lifeline, where they worked as an Account Specialist - Government Services from August 2003 to January 2018.

Shannon Yasko attended Arizona State University from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Broadcast Journalism. Shannon did not obtain a degree during this time.
