Chikkili Harshavardhan Raju

Chikkili Harshavardhan Raju is an experienced Product Manager at Connect and Heal since April 2021, where a lab appointment management solution was designed and developed to efficiently manage 10,000 appointments daily with minimal human intervention. Previously, as Operations Manager at MedTrail from January 2020 to April 2021, a Backend Database for Diagnostics was built, significantly reducing prescription digitization errors. At Practo, from November 2013 to December 2019, Chikkili managed a team in order management and customer support, overseeing diagnostics and medicine delivery transactions. Early career experience includes a KPO Technical Support role at Tata Consultancy Services. Chikkili holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Government Science College, Bangalore.
