John MacKinnon is the President of Connect Atlantic Utility Services. Previously, he held the title of President at Cormorant Atlantic Utility Services and was the VP of Business Development at Cormorant Utility Services. With a background in project management and business development, John has experience in the utility services industry from his time at Emera Utility Services. John also has a background in management from his time at Deloitte. He holds an MBA from Queen's University, a BIS from St. Francis Xavier University, and a BSc from Dalhousie University.
