Shane Higgins

Shane Higgins possesses extensive experience in the utility services industry, currently serving as Construction Manager at Connect Atlantic Utility Services since February 2022. Prior to this, Shane worked at Black & McDonald Limited for over 14 years, holding various roles including Red Seal Lineman, Construction Superintendent, and Journeyman Construction Electrician. Shane's foundation in the electrical field was established at Nova Scotia Community College, where a Red Seal in Electrician was earned between 2005 and 2006.
