Cheryl Kim

Cheryl Kim currently serves as the HR Talent & Recruiting Manager at Connect for Health Colorado since January 2023. In parallel, Cheryl has been the Recruiting Supervisor at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless since October 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing best practices in recruiting and training hiring managers for a workforce of over 700 employees. Previously, Cheryl held roles as a Recruiting Specialist and HR Specialist at the Coalition, an HR Generalist at ICON Eyecare, and an HR Specialist at Robert Half Office Team. Early in the career, Cheryl progressed from HR Assistant to HR Generalist at ResCare and began as a Recruiter at Randstad USA, gaining extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR functions.
