Lynda Rutherford

Lynda Rutherford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and digital delivery across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Connect Health since September 2022, Lynda previously held the role of Digital Delivery Manager at the Care Quality Commission from July 2009. In this capacity, Lynda has led Agile digital projects, managed IT project delivery, risk management, and financial oversight, and collaborated with external suppliers for system changes and software delivery. Lynda's earlier roles included Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at the Care Quality Commission, where responsibilities involved managing user acceptance testing and implementing significant system updates. Lynda has also worked as a Software Tester and Client Reporting Manager at Brewin Dolphin, as well as held various positions in database administration and sales in previous roles.
