Beth Girone Church has over 25 years of experience in the retail and healthcare industries. Beth began their career in 1990 as a Senior Buyer at Rose's Stores, Inc., where they then became a Divisional Merchandise Manager. In 1993, they joined Performance Sales, Inc. as Vice-President, and was promoted to President in 2017. In that role, they used their interpersonal, managerial, and organizational skills to cultivate professional relationships and establish long-term direction for the company. Beth also applied strong communication and critical-thinking skills for company-wide planning. In 2017, they joined Connect Healthcare Collaboration as Vice-President of Client Services.

Beth Girone Church received a BS in Business Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Beth then obtained a Diploma in Medical Billing and Coding from Living Arts College, where they were Valedictorian, in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Professional Coder from AAPC.
