Stephen Dougans

Stephen joined Connect in 2006 and is now the Director of Operations. His past roles also included business development, key account and stakeholder management, and specialties in human resources. Over this period Stephen also led key roles on several new business pursuits and operation startups across Canada and the USA.

Born in Alberta, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the University of Alberta and certificate from Michigan State University in Supply Chain Logistics Management. Stephen completed a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University in 2018 where he achieved top standing in the graduating class. He also holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
