Paul Simons

Born in 1963, Paul Simons began their career in the mortgage industry in 1987 as a Senior Mortgage Consultant with Countrywide plc. In 1998 they moved to Spicerhaart as an Area Sales Manager before taking on the role of Business Development Manager at Legal & General in 2000.

In 2009 Simons joined Walden Capital as Sales Manager & Compliance Manager, a role which saw him undertaking a comprehensive range of duties including reviewing and developing Systems & Controls, T&C practices and compliance file checks. Paul was also responsible for recruitment strategies and reported directly to the Company Directors.

Simons left Walden Capital in 2013 and is now Compliance Manager at Connect Mortgages.

Paul Simons attended Havering College of Further & Higher Education and obtained certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute in FPC and CeMAP.
