Joel Klingspor

Joel Klingspor has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Joel began their career at Office Management as a Sales Manager, where they achieved significant improvements in sales and profitability. Joel then went on to start their own company, Office Support Group AB, as the Managing Director Sales, overseeing its growth and success.

Joel later joined Ricoh Sweden AB, where they held the positions of Sales Manager and Branch Office Manager. During their time there, they played a key role in driving the center's performance and achieving impressive financial results.

Joel then worked at ApoEx AB as a Regional Manager, responsible for establishing the company's office in Gothenburg and overseeing sales across various segments.

After ApoEx, Joel took on the role of Region Sales Manager at IP-Only, where they led the sales efforts in western and southern Sweden, successfully turning around customer retention rates.

Joel's next position was a Regional Manager at Synective Labs AB, where they achieved significant growth in sales and net profit for the region.

Joel later joined Greenled Group as a Country Manager, where they successfully implemented strategies that led to improved sales performance and increased customer trust.

Joel then worked at NetClean Technologies as the Head of Sales, responsible for managing the sales team and driving business growth.

Joel'smost recent role was as the Country Manager at Maintrac, where they managed the company's largest clients and spearheaded business development for Europe and the USA.

Currently, Joel is the Chief Operating Officer at CONNECT, where they continue to contribute their expertise in operations and strategy.

Joel Klingspor attended Mid Sweden University from 2019 to 2020, where they studied Nationalekonomi (Economics). Joel'scoursework included Mikroekonomi, makroekonomi, internationell ekonomi och ekonomisk politik (Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, International Economics, and Economic Policy). Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, they completed a program at Prosales, earning a degree in Diplomerad ledare (Certified Leader) with a focus on Ledarskap (Leadership). Joel's education began earlier, as they obtained their High School/Gymnasieexamen (High School Diploma) in 1994 from Svenska skolan Kenya. Joel pursued the Economics/Ekonomiprogrammet (Economics Program) during this period.
