Anders Kuikka

Anders Kuikka is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management consulting and investment. Currently serving as Chairman at Connect Sverige since May 2020, Kuikka has held various key positions including Executive Coach at Replacement Partners AB and Senior Partner at EIM Scandinavia AB. Prior to these roles, Kuikka was an Executive Partner at EIM Group and also founded EIM Scandinavia AB. The professional journey includes co-founding RP Ventures and serving as Investment Director at Alfred Berg Industrifinans, alongside significant experience as Trade Commissioner for the USA at the Swedish Trade Council. Kuikka's early career at McKinsey & Company included co-founding the Gothenburg office. A graduate of Columbia Business School with an MBA, Kuikka also holds degrees from Imperial College London and Chalmers University of Technology in Management Science and Mechanical Engineering, respectively.
