Elizabeth Smith has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2012 as a Special Events Intern for Junior Achievement of Central Illinois. In this role, they managed vendors, budgets, and timelines for events, as well as maintained spreadsheets and worked successfully with volunteers.

In 2014, Elizabeth worked as a Public Relations Intern at the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE), where they created original content for blog posts and coordinated mailings and marketing materials. Elizabeth also assisted with planning and executing summer events.

From 2015 to 2016, Elizabeth served as an Account Executive at the marcus evans Group. Elizabeth fostered business relationships, generated leads, and delivered customer requirements to the production team. Elizabeth also communicated with customers to resolve issues.

In 2016, Elizabeth had two roles. First, they were an Assistant Event Coordinator at the American Rhinologic Society (ARS), overseeing event logistics and ensuring customer satisfaction. Then, they became a Membership and Community Engagement Coordinator at the Association Management Center. In this role, they provided support to the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM), managing communities and improving engagement and efficiencies.

Currently, Elizabeth is the Marketing and Communications Manager at the Association Management Center. Elizabeth produces messaging and promotion campaigns, collaborates with staff to identify target audiences, and develops clear and accurate messaging for various channels.

Elizabeth Smith obtained their high school diploma from Libertyville High School between the years 2007 and 2011. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations/Marketing minor at Bradley University from 2011 to 2015.
