Allison Maxfield

Allison Maxfield has extensive experience in health and social care, currently serving as a Quality Assurer and Trainer Assessor at Connect2Care since October 2013, where the focus is on supporting learners in their apprenticeship programs. Prior to this role, Allison spent 13 years as Home Manager at Narborough Lodge, overseeing the care of younger adults with learning disabilities and mental health challenges for nine years, following four years managing a home for elderly individuals with dementia and physical needs. Allison's foundational education was completed at Lutterworth Grammar School from 1989 to 1992.
