Prior to this role, Lisa was an Area Manager at HIT Training Ltd from March 2008 to September 2022, where responsibilities included maximizing area performance, achieving company targets, and fostering an environment conducive to the growth of teams, employers, and learners. Lisa holds a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management from University College Birmingham, earned between 1985 and 1989, and completed education at Moseley School from 1980 to 1985.
