Terry L. has extensive experience in managing operations across various sectors, including Retail, Health and Social Care, Hospitality, and Early Years training. Currently serving as the Local Operations Manager at Hit Training LTD since 2012, Terry has held several leadership roles, such as Sector Manager at both The Executive Development Network and Connect2Care since 2020 and 2015, respectively. Earlier career positions include Team Leader and Trainer/Assessor, as well as a role as DA at HCTC from December 2000 to June 2002.
