Dale Moore serves as the Vice President and Manager of the Missile Defense Sector at Quantum Research International since January 2024. Previously, Dale held the position of Chief Engineer at Davidson Technologies Inc. from February 2021 to January 2024, providing technical advice on defense systems and corporate business development strategies. With extensive experience in missile defense, Dale has served in various roles including Chief Engineer at the US Army’s Program Executive Office for Missiles and Space, and Deputy for Program Integration at the Missile Defense Agency, overseeing upgrades and integration of ground-based missile defense systems. Additional roles include positions with the Missile Defense Agency and US Army where Dale focused on systems engineering, project management, and technical advisement in missile defense initiatives. Dale holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
