Ted Ray Tam

Ted Ray Tam is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Since April 2021, Ted has served as CEO and COO at Connecta Soluções Integradas S.A. Prior to this, from April 2019 to January 2021, Ted held an executive position at VOXLINE Contact Center, and from June 2013 to March 2019, Ted was the commercial manager and operations manager at Interfile Full Service BPO. Ted holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and Faculdade Arnaldo, obtained between 2011 and 2018. Currently, Ted is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on AI, Data Science, and Big Data at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Additionally, Ted has enhanced leadership skills through training in people management and interpersonal competencies at Dale Carnegie Training.
