Eloísa Vela Mantilla

Eloísa Vela Mantilla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and climate technology. Currently serving as the Gerente de Connect Climatech Accelerator at Connect since May 2018, Eloísa has been instrumental in developing the first multi-corporate accelerator focused on climate change in the region, achieving significant outcomes in startup growth and employment. Eloísa has also held various leadership roles, including Gerente de Emprendimiento e Innovación Abierta, where contributions to innovation workshops and bootcamps have enhanced corporate entrepreneurship efforts. Previous experience at Grimorum involved coordinating operations for strategic innovation projects and leading research initiatives. Eloísa holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Sabana and a Master's in Innovation for Business Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
