Chad Giesen

Chad Giesen, AIC, CPCU, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Catastrophe Manager at CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance since August 2020. Notable experience includes over 18 years at Ameriprise Auto and Home, where Chad holds multiple division manager roles and is responsible for managing employees in the Home Claims Department across offices in Green Bay, WI, and Phoenix, AZ. Accomplishments include developing and implementing a comprehensive Catastrophe plan with an outsourcing component. Chad's career also includes a role as Claims Supervisor at American Express, where responsibilities encompassed management and development of team representatives. Chad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1992 and 1996.
