Gina Alexander, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resource professional with extensive experience in strategic partnership and talent management. Currently serving as the Lead Human Resource Business Partner at American Family Insurance, Gina previously held roles as Human Resource & Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resource Business Partner Manager at CONNECT, where responsibilities included integrating HR practices with business strategies. Prior roles at Associated Bank included SVP, HR and Advisory Services Manager, as well as SVP and VP of Human Resource Business Partner, focusing on performance management and alignment with corporate values. Gina's career began as a Human Resource Coordinator at SourceCorp and includes foundational experience in accounts payable at Enzymatic Therapy.
