James Jacobson

James Jacobson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. Prior to this, James worked at American Express Property & Casualty Company as a Manager in the Card Product Claims area, focusing on customer service performance and relationship management. James's earlier tenure at Humana Health Insurance included roles as Financial Recovery Manager and Front End Supervisor, where significant financial recoveries and operational efficiencies were achieved. James's career began in the United States Army as a Cavalry Soldier and Sergeant.
