Alon Refael

Alon Refael has a robust professional background spanning several leadership roles within the technology and social services sectors. Currently serving as the Country Manager for Connecteam since February 2017, Alon directs operations in Israel for a company specializing in customized organizational smartphone applications. Since 2014, Alon has been the Co-Founder and CEO of Kishurim – Center for the Development of Social Skills, focusing on helping children and adolescents develop social skills through group therapy. Previously, from 1996 to 2013, Alon held various positions at Microsoft Israel, culminating as Partner Sales Lead, where responsibilities included overseeing the partner ecosystem, driving marketing and sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets. Alon's earlier career includes roles such as Telecom & Hi Tech Sales Group Manager and Medium Organizations Manager at Microsoft, and positions at Yaana Systems and RTE. Alon holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
