Rachel Neill, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Sustainability at Heptagon Capital since August 2023 and is a Connected Board Member at Connected Asset Management since June 2021. Previously, Rachel held the position of Chief Sustainability Officer at Connected, where leadership focused on sustainability strategy in operations and investments. At Smart Pension, from July 2017 to June 2021, Rachel was the Head of Sustainable Investment, responsible for developing sustainable investment and climate change policies. Additional experience includes strategic roles at Bankwest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group, and Standard Bank. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town and has completed certifications in health and fitness education.

CAM is uniquely placed to bridge the gap between impact investment firms and pension funds. They have the expertise, experience, and positioning to introduce UK DB & DC pension funds to a wide array of impact investments. At CAM they work with pension funds to evaluate, design and implement investment policies and strategies that better reflects the principles of the scheme and its member. As part of this, they develop and manage impact funds specifically designed for pension funds.
