Edward Chien

Edward Chien is the Director of Economic Mobility at Connected Communities, where they create, scale, and manage economic mobility programs for residents of affordable housing developments nationwide. Previously, they held various roles in the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, including Director of Project Management and Real Estate and Redevelopment Specialist. Edward also worked as a Budget and Finance Coordinator for the Arizona Department of Economic Security, focusing on refugee resettlement. They earned a Bachelor of Arts with Comprehensive Honors in Russian Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Public Administration in Public Finance from Arizona State University.
