Samantha Arnold

Samantha Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Samantha began their career at Verizon Wireless in 2006, where they started as a Customer Service Representative and later progressed to an Assistant Manager in Sales Operations. In this role, they successfully addressed customer concerns and managed a team of 30. Samantha then transitioned to a Coordinator position, where they managed customer accounts and collaborated with various departments. Samantha's next role at Verizon was as a National Channel Manager, where they handled project management for IoT resale clients in the western half of the country. Samantha was responsible for onboarding clients, managing contracts, and providing operational support.

In 2017, Samantha joined Procon Analytics as a Program Manager, overseeing partner operations. Samantha later became a Director of Program Management, showcasing their leadership and program management capabilities.

Since 2019, Samantha has been working at Connected Dealer Services. Samantha initially held the position of Director of Sales Operations and Programs before being promoted to Vice President, and eventually to Executive Vice President of Sales Operations.

Throughout their career, Samantha has demonstrated strong leadership skills, customer relationship management expertise, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Samantha Arnold obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Ashford University in 2012. In July 2018, they also obtained an Undergraduate Certificate in Project Management from Colorado State University-Global Campus.
