Aeshan Wijetunge

Aeshan Wijetunge's work experience begins in 2007 as a Web Developer at Hardware Zone Pte Ltd. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Web Developer at SPH Magazines Pte Ltd. In 2011, Aeshan joined PayPal as a Web Developer, and later became a Senior Software Engineer. Aeshan worked there until 2017.

In 2017, Aeshan joined SP Group as a Senior Software Engineer I. Aeshan worked on various projects, including developing telemetry data-streaming solutions and edge-device IoT applications. Aeshan also co-developed a web platform for monitoring electrical transmission assets. Aeshan'swork at SP Group lasted until 2021.

Finally, in 2021, Aeshan joined Connected Freight as a Senior Software Engineer, and later became the Lead Software Engineer. Aeshan worked on the Accuport platform, leading a team of developers and overseeing high-level design and technical discussions. Aeshan also temporarily took on the role of Project/Programme Manager for integration projects.

Aeshan Wijetunge completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computational Science & Engineering from the National University of Singapore. This education took place from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2003, Aeshan pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Systems Engineering at Brunel University.
