Peggy Banks has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Peggy began their career in 1993 as a Product Support Supervisor at Beckman Coulter. In 1997, they transitioned to Young America, where they worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, managing client-facing projects for Fortune 500 companies. At Dynamic Healthcare Systems, they served as a Software Engineer for a brief period in 1997.

In 2005, Banks joined DelaGet, LLC as a Business Analyst, managing small and mid-sized projects and implementing various systems. Peggy stayed with the company until 2012.
