Raquel Magalhães

Raquel Magalhães is the Chief Operating Officer at CONNECTED, a company focused on providing affordable satellite-based connectivity in remote areas. Previously, Raquel worked as the Head of Operations at CEiiA's Ocean & Space Unit, overseeing multi-million euro projects and leading a large team. With a background in Aeronautic Engineering, Raquel has also worked as a Project Manager, focusing on scope, budget, resources, and communication with stakeholders. As a Product Quality Engineer, she ensured project technical requirements were met and processes were maintained and improved.
