Igor Schouten

Igor Schouten is an experienced software developer with a focus on product development and management. Igor has worked at various companies, including Connecterra, Techneco Energiesystemen BV, Plugwise, Ndassie, MMID Full Service Design Team, Philips Consumer Lifestyle, and Student Association i.d. At Connecterra, Igor has held the positions of Senior Software Developer and Software Developer since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Techneco Energiesystemen BV as a Product Developer (software) from April 2018 to October 2019. At Plugwise, Igor held multiple roles, including Manager R&D, Lead Hardware Engineer, and Product Engineer, from July 2011 to March 2018. Additionally, they have been involved in various projects and internships during their time at Ndassie, MMID Full Service Design Team, Philips Consumer Lifestyle, and Student Association i.d. These experiences have given Igor a diverse skill set and a strong background in software and product development.

Igor Schouten began their education in 1998 at Kennemer Lyceum Overveen, where they completed their VWO Natuur&Techniek degree in 2004. Following this, they attended Delft University of Technology from 2004 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's degree in Integrated Product Design. Additionally, in April 2018, Igor obtained certification as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
